Aion’s grind takes over very early on instead of a number of other western MMOs. Grinding is purely a timesink to add more “value” to the game, and decelerate your leveling speed. Don’t waste your valuable time grinding if you already attend school or have a 9 to five job. Spend your spare time doing that which you enjoy in Aion, not grinding.
Many players using chinese based bots are being banned every day. Those bots all use packet sending that is easily caught through the Aion server once they send an incorrect packet.
